  • How would I know if those payments were to non-affiliates? The question only listed 2 lines to non-affiliates, should I assume that unearned premium is to non-affiliates unless stated otherwise?

  • The examiners report calculates NET IL as follows: Net IL = 32k + (43.5k – 34k) + (40k – 36k) + (42k – 40k) + (37.5k – 37k) = 48,000 When I add these numbers up I get 38,000 am I missing part of the calculation?

  • Why is the CY-1 cumulative paid for prior years (the top left corner of the part 3 triangle) always equal to 0?
