In the answer, it said RBC ratio = TAC/CAL but as i recall in the wiki and other material, RBC ratio = TAC/ACL, can you expalin why RBC ratio = TAC/CAL

That's a typo. It should be TAC/ACL. The ACL = CAL/2 equivalency is used for the Bright Line Indicator test. We will correct it. Thanks.
