Effectiveness of Regulation - Removed from Syllabus Fall 2023
It appears the content under the "Effectiveness of Regulation" is no longer covered in the pages of the reading on the syllabus. The main test of regulation’s success is its effectiveness in achieving its objectives in these 4 areas is called out on page 5 of the material which is not on the syllabus.
I am wondering if this was removed to avoid overlap with NAIC Solvency which you call out in the section.
