Hello, I just wanted to point out the in the wiki for "Supplementary Information on Qualifications for Appointed Actuary." The qualification document must be provided to the BoD on the occasion of their appointment AND annual basis thereafter. The wiki only seems to mention that it should be done on occasion of appointment.
