The BSF only decrease as # of issuers increases as long as # of issuers > 50, correct? For less than 50, regardless of 1 or 50, the BSF will be 1.5 from what I can tell. Just want to make sure my line of thinking on this is right.

For less than 50 issuers, the BSF will be 2.5, no matter how many issuers.
Wouldn't it be 1.5 since the BSF is (weighted # issuers / # issuers) - 1?
