2019 Fall Question 2
The question below confuses me. I assumed the row for RBC charge were all after the application of the LCF and that we would need to back out the LCF from 12, 3.8, and 4.7 though in the solution they only backed the charge out of 12. I realize the LCF is usually applied to the sum of all the charges though one could apply the LCF to each value and then sum the individual charges after.
I did 12-3.8-4.7= 3.5 and then divided each by .85 then HO is 29.1% of the R4 charge before application of the LCF.
