IEE Part 1 vs 3
The wiki article says "IEE Part 1 - IEE – Part 1 - allocates expenses (from Part 3) into 22 different expense groups"
So I was comparing the Part 1 & Part 3 liberty files provided in the article but the totals aren't matching. Why is that?
Example:
Part 1 General Expenses = 3,210,719
Part 3 General Expenses Incurred = 3,202,323
they are very similar but don't match

The wiki note meant "Part 3 of Underwriting and Investment Exhibit." That's where the expenses "originate" from.
