It took me a minute to see what you were doing but now that I get it, it's easy to remember. I will link to it from the wiki. Thx!
(I just looked up the B-36 and apparently it's also called the "Peacemaker" which is rather Orwellian.)

I realized I can also use it for the GAAP - they AMORtize bonds they want to hold onto; otherwise it's fair value
Once you start thinking like that, it makes memorizing a lot easier and more reliable.
