Definition of Reasonable Opinion
The wiki has this definition for "reasonable" opinion.
Recorded reserves are within the appointed actuary's reasonable range of unpaid claim liabilities.
However, in my mind I keep mixing the words to either of these two:
Recorded reserves are within the appointed actuary's range of reasonable unpaid claim liabilities.
Recorded reserves are within the appointed actuary's reasonable range of unpaid claim estimates.
Are these all considered correct?

Yeah, those mean the same thing. Don't stress over it!
