Contradiction in description of NFIP?
Hi. So, in the description of the NFIP it states that the program is voluntary, but later on the wiki says it's mandatory for properties in SFHA with federally back mortgages. Are the two statements contradictory or are they talking about different things? Should the description have a caveat that it's mostly voluntary? Thanks.
