R1 full example with ACC
This might be a silly question/observation. I wanted to check if in the example here: https://www.battleacts6us.ca/pdf/Odomirok.Ch19_R1_mixed_text_examples.pdf
How is it that the amount for mortgage bonds in the first table ($245,000) is less than the total amount for mortgage bonds in the ACC table ($1,200,000)? Shouldn't the latter be less than or equal to the former?
Comments
Yes, the numbers in the lower table should be less than or equal to the numbers from the top table. I'm not too sure what I did there now since it was a few years ago. (You're the first person to notice that.) The procedure should still be the same however, so I would say just ignore that inconsistency when you do the calculations.
I think the other practice problems actually have the same problem. The numbers are randomly generated and I forgot to cap the values in the lower table so they would be less than or equal to the numbers in the upper table.
Thanks Graham, that explains it! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything
I see the Class 06 is being included in the Bond Size Charge - I thought we only included classes 02-05?
I see in the linked wiki note that class 06 is also included.

Thank you, I was getting the Bond Size Charge classes and the Asset Concentration Charge classes confused
Sure, good luck.
