Outdated Question - Spring 2017 3c
I believe this question should be marked as outdated on the battle cards, as catastrophe risk and operational risk are now a part of the RBC framework. (This past exam question threw my askew last sitting - I thought because of this question that I did not need to study catastrophe or operational risk, not realizing that the Odomirok textbook had been updated more recently than this exam question. I realized my mistake on exam day...oops haha)
