Should this section be called Porter.Reg-12? It looks like this reading comes from pages 12.12-12.17 in Porter, not from chapter 2.

When I originally wrote the content for Porter, there was some reason I organized the chapters the way I did but I can't specifically remember what that reason was. There is some overlap between chapter 2 and chapter 12 but the wiki article on Porter-2-Reg is so short that I'd rather not mess with it at this point.
