Affirmation of Qualification (2019 Spring, 20)
Which of these would be considered an Affirmation of Qualification?
"... mention that AA is a Fellow of CAS"
or
"must state in good standing with AAA, approved to sign SAO by Casualty Practice Council"

But getting back to your question:
The second phrase you quoted would be part of what would be considered "affirmation of qualifications" and this was one of the missing pieces in the exam question that you had to find. You don't have to be specific however as is shown by the identification section quoted above. All the AA does there is state that they have met the qualification standards. The qualifications an AA must possess are quite detailed and are explained in the wiki here:
Note however that it is necessary to mention they have the FCAS designation, and few other things like who made the appointment, date of appointment, and relationship of AA to the company. This is explained in the wiki here:
