Rounding errors in template

I've been running into problems on the "Calculating the RBC Charge" template. The RBC charge number is sometimes getting rounded to the nearest 10 and then the rounded answer is being used to calculate the min/max surplus for the level. The surplus levels aren't getting rounded.

Not a serious issue, but it's making the points wonky.

    Thanks, I'll look into that this week. That happened in a few other places also and I'm slowly rooting them out.

    Ok, I found a spot where an intermediate calculation was being rounded. I switched it so that all the rounding is done at the very end of the calculation. Let me know if you still see an issue. Thanks.
